In day-to-day business, this customer account manager receives operational support from our customer support teams.

Customer support

Our multilingual customer support personnel are responsible for smooth execution of daily operational business. They coordinate all processes and act as an interface to subcontractors and other participants in the process.

Our employees know your customers precisely and are familiar with everything that is going on. This allows them to provide proactive support for campaigns, while continuously optimising processes in their daily work.

Since the employees of the customer support team also work for one single customer, we guarantee maximum process expertise, while simultaneously retaining the know-how that results.

Logistics personnel

At our logistics sites, our employees ensure that your goods reach you or your customer on time. At the same time, they monitor quality and guarantee that your goods are stored safely and in the manner that is appropriate for the respective materials.

Special product and process training ensures that our employees know exactly what is needed for storage, production, picking and packing, and shipment – and that they are able to intervene as required.
