Stephan Goldmann is head of the Technical Information area. He is responsible for more than 250 specialists worldwide, who create professional technical documentation for our customers in the automotive, mechanical/systems engineering, and military sectors, who translate it into more than 25 languages, and who distribute it to the appropriate target groups. His teams have offices in Germany, Spain, the Czech Republic, Brazil, China, South Africa, and the Netherlands. He started at arvato services in 2002, after studying business management with a focus on business information science. As a customer account manager in the area of after-sales, he learned to precisely record the special requirements of our customers and to implement them in intelligent service concepts. His personal goal is to provide our customers with measurable advantages through the international arvato services network.
