Ormazabal Renews Contract for Technical Documentations with arvato services
Innovations secure important market positions, especially for companies with a strong technical focus. However, products that require explanations will only be accepted by customers if the relevant documentations keep up with the new developments. arvato services, international outsourcing provider in a number of areas including supply chain management, has established a reputation for trustworthiness and reliability amongst its customers. German customs have now also confirmed that arvato services places particular value on the security of goods deliveries. On June 26, 2010 the responsible main customs office in Bielefeld awarded the AEO-F “Authorised Economic Operator” certificate to arvato distribution GmbH, a subsidiary of arvato services.

arvato services announced today the implementation of erWin, an Internet-based solution that offers customers 24-hour service for repair information, for Volkswagen Group of America (VWGoA). The erWin system, developed by arvato services for the Volkswagen Group, was adapted to the specific needs of both VWGoA and the North American market as part of an international rollout.
