Nissan Europe has chosen arvato services as its strategic partner for customised catalogue dispatch.
Using standardized solutions, arvato services is helping Nissan Europe to make the business purchasing process within CRM more efficient, whilst still being able to target individual customers. arvato services in Versmold sends out brochures including a customized covering letter to European customers who had ordered the brochures on the Nissan Europe websites for the respective countries. Based on the orders received from the Nissan end customers, arvato services picks some 10,000 catalogue shipments for 17 European countries each week.
In order to do this, Nissan Europe generates order files from the CRM system which arvato services then processes for the printing and picking of the customer orders. These order files are processed in a way that is optimised in terms of costs and performance. In order to target customers in the most effective way, the content of the covering letter is individually tailored to the customer’s order. The covering letter also takes into account country-specific aspects. “If we can help Nissan Europe to service an end customer order more quickly and in a more individual, customised way, there is more chance that the customer will continue to the next stage of the business purchasing process. Ultimately, this process is one of the key factors governing the increase of the Conversion Rate.
