Development and Implementation of individual processes

We have already successfully implemented appropriate CRM processes for a number of customers in different sectors, and have adapted the processes to individual customer needs. From the respective CRM database, we provide order files to our customers on a daily basis (or weekly or as needed). This information is transferred to our SAP system and prepared for further use based on rules and wishes defined by our customers. As our customer, you profit on the one hand from our standardized SAP processes, which guarantee smooth processes. On the other hand, we can individualise the processes to ensure that you do not have to do without any individual or country-specific features. After the CRM materials have been processed and distributed, we at arvato services generate a feedback file to the customer’s CRM database, which shows precisely whether and how each individual customer was served. Each customer receives a clear sales status report, enabling the customer to carry out professional lead management and efficiently design further follow-up measures.
