arvato services uses SAP ECC 5.0 as its ERP system. All the systems are validated in accordance with GxP. The system gives our customers optimum coverage of the entire logistics process chain. Both routine and customer-individualised reports are available at any time to ensure the greatest possible transparency and reliability.

Interface management

Standard interfaces make it possible to quickly and reliably integrate any IT system; graphical front ends provide an optimum user interface that is easy to use. In case the interface preferred by the customer is not already installed, an experienced team of developers and programmers is available to make the necessary adjustments. The customising of a new client and the necessary development are handled exclusively by personnel trained in and experienced with GxP.

Data security

Security of data and security against failure are our top priorities. We offer our customers reliable service and also operate our computer centers in accordance with the latest security standards. The computer centres, which are distributed among different buildings, enable us to implement individual security concepts for each customer. Furthermore, the data are stored redundantly. And, of course, we also maintain the strictest compliance with data protection regulations.

All processes and the system itself have already been checked in multiple customer audits – including in the USA – in accordance with FDA guidelines and have been approved.
